The suitable candidate will have a strong telesales / sales background – ideally in consultative/solution selling and have the ability to close sales.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director your main duties will include:
- Generating leads either via a database or the Web and contacting them using outbound dialling
- Digesting and understanding the customer requirements
- Taking ownership of sales leads
Essential Skills:
- Strong interest/passion in ecommerce/web
- Hungry to close sales leads and earn commission
- Aptitude to learn our solutions
- Ability to listen to the customers issues/pains and provide solutions from a sales perspective
- Willing to pick up the phone and farm their own sales leads
- Good written English
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Hard working and dedicated to getting the job done properly
- Attention to detail
- To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure
- To enjoy working with a target-driven team environment
Desirable knowledge, although not essential:
- Previous experience of solution selling
